CALENDAR / PRICES
The prices below refer to the apartment with accommodation for TWO PEOPLE.
For each additional guest there is an increase of 10/15 euros per night.
The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people (4 if one is a small child).
Children up to 3 years (not over) are our guests and will have a high chair / crib / cot free of charge.
MINIMUM STAY: 2 nights.
Prices are to be considered indicative and may vary.
Discounts are available for long stays (from 7 nights upwards) to be agreed in advance.
PRICE TABLE (guidance, to be verified at time of booking)
LOW SEASON (from 8 January to 20 March, and from 16 November to 20 December): from 50 to 60 euros per night.
HIGH SEASON (from 21 March to 15 November, and from 21 December to 6 January): from 60 to 80 euros per night

CHECK-IN
The entrance to the structure is possible from 15.00 to 20.00 hours
For admissions between 8 pm and 11 pm a surcharge of € 20 is provided.
CHECK-OUT
The apartment must be left by 10:30 am, unless different requests are agreed in advance.
HOUSEHOLD
Cleaning and linen changes are carried out at the end of each stay by a company of professionals in the sector.
The cleaning costs at the end of the stay amount to 40 euros.
For any EXTRA request, for further linen changes or cleaning during the stay,
you can request it at any time, at your own expense .
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax, provided by the Municipality of Rome for all non-resident tourists, is € 3.5 per person per night, up to the tenth day .
This is a tour tax, imposed by the law, on which the host does NOT keep any percentage.
Children under the age of 10 and relatives of hospitalized patients (max one companion) are exempt.
This amount CANNOT be paid by card or debit card, but by law MUST be paid in cash only upon arrival,
upon receipt of a regular receipt.
CANCELLATION TERMS
In case of cancellation the deposit will be fully refunded if the booking is canceled within 15 days from the date of arrival.
Otherwise the deposit will be retained in full.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment of 100% of the total price, by bank transfer at the time of booking. Tourist tax in cash upon arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Upon delivery of the keys, a security deposit of 100 euros is required, which will be returned upon departure
(except for damages and / or failures found in the apartment).
In case of loss of the apartment keys, a refund of € 250 (deposit + 150 euro) is required for the purchase and installation of a new European cylinder lock.
For damages considerably greater than the amount of the deposit, in case of direct and clear responsibility on the part of the customer, he is required to pay the necessary compensation.
