The newly renovated 70 sqm apartment is a bright third floor and is composed as follows:
- entrance to the house
- dining room with openable table, French sofa bed, 50 inch TV, air conditioning, heating, fitted wall
- very large, heated and conditioned bedroom, with double bed, furniture, drawers, 32 inch TV set
- kitchen with table, chairs, refrigerator, oven, hob, appliances
- bathroom with sink, shelves, cabinet, toilet, bidet and shower cubicle
- balcony with seat and table.
The house can comfortably accommodate a couple with two children. We can arrange to prepare
also cot and / or high chair for infants / children up to 2 years (free up to the age of three).
The environment is comfortable and welcoming, very clean (thanks to a service guaranteed by professionals in the sector), comfortable and functional, well exposed and bright.
It has every service: wi-fi, two TVs, air conditioners and radiators, water heater, iron and ironing board, drying rack, washing machine (detergents available), crockery and dishwasher, juicer, toaster, microwave,
coffee machine (both Italian and American), refrigerator, hob, oven, kettle, fire extinguisher, first aid kit. The bathroom has complimentary toiletries, toilet paper, a hairdryer and towels.
The beds are complete with linen.
